great value - apartments are very well appointed with complete laundry on site - which is often very important to travellers. staff were fantastic - bend over backwards to assist you and always friendly.

a small lack of kitchen utensils for a self contained unit. - e.g. dishwashing liquid, potscourers and decent sized coffee cups.

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times before, and generally our stay this time went as hassle free as always. We found the room to be very clean and a good size for two people. No noises from aircraft despite being close to the airport.

We could hear noises and some music coming from another room for most of the evening (we only stayed one night). We've not had this problem before when staying at this hotel, so probably just bad luck that we happened to stay there at the same time as someone noisey - not really the hotel's fault.

Spacious appartment with clean utilities for simple cooking. Low price.

House-keeping for every 3 days. The doors in the appartment were poorly designed. Reception closes after 10 pm. Away from the centre, need to have your own car.

A perfect and quiet hotel, my first choice in Merignac. Clean venue, easy going and pleasant team members at the reception desk. - Updated & good sized room, a microwave oven, central heating and a TV in there. - the bed is comfy and the location is perfect.

Quiet and straightforward place with attentive employees at the reception desk. Absolutely perfect location close to city center, in the secure area.

The convenience of a stop over with cooking facilities and a fridge. Also having a separate sleeping area from the children. Only down side was the floor on both occasions we stayed was very dirty and didn't want to be on it bare footed. Sofa in first room was very stained and dirty. Staff very helpful and provided extra towels and pillows on request. Would stay again.

Stayed in a studio suite that had direct access to the garden 🌳.

The reception staff were fantastic. The hotel provides a complimentary cleaning pack for the apartment. They put together an information pack on the local area for us and when we could not find some initial supplies due to the late hour of our arrival we were able to purchase them from the reception. This is the best service we have received from an apartment hotel.
